RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Overview

WeHospo is an online marketplace connecting Buyers with independent Suppliers.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled directly by the relevant Supplier according to their individual policies.


Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers determine their own policies regarding:

  • Returns and exchanges

  • Refunds

  • Faulty or damaged goods

  • Change-of-mind requests

  • Restocking fees

  • Return timeframes

Buyers should review the Supplier’s policy before placing an order.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact the Supplier directly using the details provided

  2. Follow the Supplier’s instructions

  3. Return goods in accordance with their requirements

WeHospo does not process returns on behalf of Suppliers.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify the Supplier as soon as possible

  • Provide supporting evidence if requested

  • Follow the Supplier’s resolution process

Suppliers must comply with applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where relevant.


WeHospo’s Role

WeHospo:

  • Does not stock or inspect products

  • Is not responsible for product quality

  • Does not guarantee acceptance of return requests

  • Is not a party to the supply contract
